While I prefer working in the studio and actually making a real mess, I also enjoy working digitally. There is a different feel and speed to every medium. Working digitally allows for a lightning quick approach, an attack akin to stream-of-conscious writing.In programs such as photoshop there are endless options for creating new work. I prefer to call most of my digital work, Digital Collages or Combinations.
Digital Collages are combinations of my orginal artwork digitally collaged together to create new works. In a digital formatI can treat each piece in my collection as if it were a
letter of a visual alphabet and construct new sentences and stories.
